i think im going insane

i was listening to literally nothing when out of the blue i got the sensation that i was hearing "heads will roll" by the yeah yeah yeahs incredibly quietly and the second i took off my headphones the sensations stopped and it didnt start again when i put them back on. like it sounded like it was somehow playing at a normal volume 2 rooms over but also locationally it was coming from my headphones which would make no sense as im simply listening to nothing. and it wouldnt make sense that i was just imagining it the normal way i imagine music as im listening to nothing as it was a distinctly different sensation. aita?
