burger

burgers are pretty cool, if you really think about it. on a surface level they are basic, you got a meat with some veggies squished between a bun. but the amount you can do with them is awesome !!!

the bun can be so interchangable, it could be plain white, seeded, brioche.. and then have sesame seeds too, which are awesome, I love sesame seeds....

and the combinations of toppings too, so many good ones.. one I had recently was a "Texas BBQ" burger (sorry Texanites I don't know if it's very Texas) for toppings it had bacon, american cheese, crispy onions, candied jalapeno mayo, lettuce, pickles, and the star of the show; the Texas Drip BBQ sauce ! the sauce apparently had hints of espresso which I'm not too sure tastes like as I've never had espresso before, but for someone not the biggest fan of coffee the sauce and burger was super good ! very nice. I do like burgers.
